The pure kanchivaram silk saree features concept weaving wherein light Lavender columns featuring Upada weaving alternate with sky blue panels featuring polka dots in silver zari. Pure silk thread dipped in liquid silver is used to create the bold silver polka dots. Sakhi has introduced Upada weaving technique ethnic to Banaras in Kanchivaram silk weaving.
