Material and Craft:

Chanderi is woven by skilled weavers located in Chanderi town in Madhya Pradesh. The fabric is a result of traditional methods of hand weaving developed over the centuries and passed down through generations. The fabric is woven by mixing or interweaving Cotton and Silk threads. Chanderi is also well known for its transparency and sheer texture a very unique feature, not commonly found in any of the handloom textile product. Sakhi creates a perfect colour palette best suited for summer- Offwhite and yellow with a  dash of burnt Pink. The border is contrast Yellow and pallu features Cut Work with motifs inspired by flora.
